Christmas Cards with Cricut Art Philosophy and Artbooking Cartridges

When you make your own Christmas cards, it's never too early to start!!  Both of these cards are an easy design, making quick work of your cardmaking time.  The "Happy Holiday" card is made using one of the overlays from the new Artbooking cartridge.   It was cut at real dial-size at 6 3/4 inches.  The card base is one of the die cut cards sold by Close To My Heart.  The card flap was covered with paper from the Frosted paper pack. The tag was cut out using the Art Philosophy Cartridge and stamped with it's coordinating stamp from the "Holiday Cheer" stamp set. I inked all of the edges in Cocoa ink.

This Ho Ho Ho card was so much fun to make...and VERY quick.  I used notecard bases purchased at Michael's, cranberry cardstock and the squares were cut using the Art Philosophy Cartridge...white was 2 inches and black was 2 1/4 inches.  The ho Ho Ho stamp is one of the new mini stamps, stamped in Cranberry ink.  Santa's "belt" is a 1/2 inch strip of black shimmer paper, and a pearl badge button. You could also use a white button as well.   You can find all of these products at Close To My Heart.  Shop with me to find all of these products...and to see what's new!
